Terms of Service

By using Kora Boss, Kora Terminal, the Kora partner portal, or any related Starry Ambition service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an unauthorised person has accessed it.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Kora to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.

3. Subscriptions

Kora is sold as a per-shop subscription billed by Apple via in-app purchase. Refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store policy.

4. Hardware bundle

Hardware is sold separately at a one-time price. Defects are covered under manufacturer warranty. Damage from misuse is not.

5. Liability

Kora is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Starry Ambition is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
